حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ دَرَّاجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَوْ ضُرِبَ الْجَبَلُ بِمَقْمَعٍ (١) مِنْ حَدِيدٍ لَتَفَتَّتَ، ثُمَّ عَادَ كَمَا كَانَ، وَلَوْ أَنَّ دَلْوًا مِنْ غَسَّاقٍ يُهَرَاقُ فِي الدُّنْيَا، لَأَنْتَنَ أَهْلُ الدُّنْيَا " (٢)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: If an iron mace is struck upon the mountains, they will be shattered into pieces, and if a bucket of "Ghassaq" (the water of Hell) is poured upon the earth, its stench will spread throughout the whole world.
