Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The awe, fear, and grandeur of people should not prevent any of you from speaking the truth when he comes to know of it." After saying this, Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) began to weep and said, "By Allah! We have seen such circumstances but we did not stand up (to speak the truth)."
