حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو نَضْرَةَ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْوَتْرِ، فَقَالَ: " أَوْتِرُوا قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that I asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about Witr, so he (ﷺ) said: Offer Witr before the morning.
