Original Arabic
وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الرَّجُلَ يَعْتَادُ الْمَسْجِدَ، فَاشْهَدُوا عَلَيْهِ بِالْإِيمَانِ، قَالَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ": {إِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَاجِدَ اللهِ، مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ} (١)، ، [التوبة: ١٨] "،
Translation
English translation
And it is narrated with the previous chain that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: When you see a person accustomed to coming to the mosque, then bear witness to his faith, because Allah Almighty says: Only those maintain the mosques of Allah who believe in Allah and the Last Day.
