Musnad Ahmad Hadith 11514

It is narrated from Tariq bin Shihab that once Marwan began to deliver the sermon before the prayer on the day of Eid, which had never happened before. Seeing this, a man stood up and said, "The prayer comes before the sermon." He (Marwan) said, "This practice has been abandoned." In that gathering, Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) was also present. He stood up and said, "This man has fulfilled his responsibility. I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: 'Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he is not able to do so, then with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart—and that is the weakest level of faith.'"
