حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، وَعَفَّانُ، وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي عِيسَى الْأُسْوَارِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: " زَجَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الشُّرْبِ قَائِمًا " (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) strictly forbade drinking water while standing.
