حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو رِفَاعَةَ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: إِنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِنَّ لِي أَمَةً وَأَنَا أَعْزِلُ عَنْهَا، وَإِنِّي أَكْرَهُ أَنْ تَحْمِلَ، وَإِنَّ الْيَهُودَ تَزْعُمُ أَنَّهَا الْمَوْءُودَةُ الصُّغْرَى؟ قَالَ: " كَذَبَتْ يَهُودُ لَوْ (٢) أَرَادَ اللهُ أَنْ يَخْلُقَهُ لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ أَنْ تَرُدَّهُ" (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the service of the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! I have a slave girl, I practice coitus interruptus with her. I desire from her what a man desires, but I do not like her to become pregnant. And the Jews say that coitus interruptus is a minor form of burying alive." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The Jews are wrong. If Allah intends to create something, no one has the power to prevent it."
