حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَدَّاكِ،، ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: عَنْ جَنِينِ النَّاقَةِ وَالْبَقَرَةِ، فَقَالَ: " إِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَكُلُوهُ، فَإِنَّ ذَكَاتَهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that once we asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about the ruling if the calf of a she-camel or a cow dies in its womb. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If you wish, you may eat it, because the slaughtering of its mother is in fact its slaughtering.
