Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، وَعَمِّهِ قَتَادَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " كُلُوا لُحُومَ الْأَضَاحِيِّ وَادَّخِرُوا " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) and Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: You may eat the meat of the sacrifice and also store it.
