حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ قَزَعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا تُشَدُّ الرِّحَالُ إِلَّا إِلَى ثَلَاثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ: مَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ، وَمَسْجِدِي، وَمَسْجِدِ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ "، " وَلَا تُسَافِرُ الْمَرْأَةُ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثِ لَيَالٍ، إِلَّا مَعَ زَوْجٍ أَوْ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ "، " وَلَا صَلَاةَ بَعْدَ صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ، وَلَا صَلَاةَ بَعْدَ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ "، " وَنَهَى عَنْ صَوْمِ يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ وَيَوْمِ النَّحْرِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade preparing a mount for the purpose of traveling to any mosque except three: Masjid al-Haram, the Prophet’s Mosque, and Masjid al-Aqsa. And no woman should travel for three days without a mahram. The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade offering nawafil prayers during two times: after the Asr prayer until sunset, and after the Fajr prayer until sunrise. He also forbade fasting on the days of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.
