حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَهْضَمٌ يَعْنِي الْيَمَامِيَّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ شِرَاءِ مَا فِي بُطُونِ الْأَنْعَامِ حَتَّى تَضَعَ وَعَنْ (٢) مَا فِي ضُرُوعِهَا إِلَّا بِكَيْلٍ، وَعَنْ شِرَاءِ الْعَبْدِ وَهُوَ آبِقٌ، وَعَنْ شِرَاءِ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ، وَعَنْ شِرَاءِ الصَّدَقَاتِ حَتَّى تُقْبَضَ، وَعَنْ ضَرْبَةِ الْغَائِصِ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade buying unborn animals in the womb before delivery, buying milk in the udders without measuring it, buying a runaway slave, spoils of war before distribution, and charity before possession. He also forbade making a transaction based on what a diver brings up in a single dive.
