حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نُعْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُحْرِمِ يَقْتُلُ الْحَيَّةَ؟ فَقَالَ: " لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ " (٢)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that a person asked the Prophet (ﷺ) whether a Muhrim (one in the state of Ihram) can kill a snake? The Prophet (ﷺ) said: There is no harm.
