حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ جَعْفَرٍ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ:، ، تُقْتَلُ مُقَاتِلَتُهُمْ وَتُسْبَى ذُرِّيَّتُهُمْ " وَقَالَ: " قَضَيْتَ بِحُكْمِ الْمَلِكِ " (١) قَالَ أَبُو أُمَامَةَ بْنُ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ،
Translation
English translation
Hajjaj narrated to us, Shubah informed us, and he mentioned similar to the hadith of Ibn Ja'far, except that he said: "Their fighters are to be killed and their offspring are to be taken as captives," and he said: "You have judged by the judgment of the king." He said: Abu Umamah ibn Sahl ibn Hunayf.
