حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ يَعْنِي الشَّافِعَيَّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، مَوْلَى أَبِي أَحْمَدَ،، ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ: " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ " " وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ: اشْتِرَاءُ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ (١) فِي رُءُوسِ النَّخْلِ،، ، وَالْمُحَاقَلَةُ: اسْتِكْرَاءُ الْأَرْضِ بِالْحِنْطَةِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the sale of Muzabana and Muhaqala. Muzabana refers to making a transaction by measuring the fruits on the trees in exchange for harvested dates, and Muhaqala means giving land on rent.
