حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَيُّوبَ، مِنْ وَلَدِ جَرِيرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا زُرْعَةَ، يُذْكَرُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَتَفَرَّقُ الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ، ، عَنْ بَيْعٍ، إِلَّا عَنْ تَرَاضٍ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: The seller and the buyer (the one who sells and the one who buys and sells) should not separate in any transaction until there is mutual consent.
