Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ، فَلْيَسْتَنْثِرْ وَمَنْ اسْتَنْجَى، فَلْيُوتِرْ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever performs ablution should also clean his nose, and whoever uses stones for istinja should use an odd number.
