حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ غَزْوَانَ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي (٣) نُعَيْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ نَبِيَّ التَّوْبَةِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ وَهُوَ بَرِيءٌ مِمَّا قَالَ، أَقَامَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ " (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet of Repentance (ﷺ) saying: Whoever accuses his slave of an act from which he is innocent, on the Day of Resurrection the prescribed punishment for that act will be carried out on him, unless the slave is as his master has said.
