Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةٌ لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يُصَلِّي، يَسْأَلُ اللهَ فِيهَا خَيْرًا، إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ " وَقَالَ بِيَدِهِ، فَقَبَضَ أَصَابِعَهُ الْيُمْنَى ثَلَاثَ أَصَابِعَ، قُلْنَا: يُزَهِّدُهَا يُزَهِّدُهَا (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: On the day of Friday, there comes such an hour that if a Muslim servant happens to encounter it while asking Allah for goodness, Allah will surely grant him that thing. And the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) indicated with his hand to show the brevity of that hour.
