Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ سَائِلًا (٢) سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنُصَلِّي فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ؟ فَقَالَ: " أَوَكُلُّكُمْ يَجِدُ ثَوْبَيْنِ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that a person asked the Holy Prophet (ﷺ), "Can any one of us pray in a single garment?" The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) replied, "Does each one of you have two garments?"
