حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُزَاحِمِ بْنِ زُفَرَ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " دِينَارٌ (٤) أَنْفَقْتَهُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، وَدِينَارٌ أَنْفَقْتَهُ فِي رَقَبَةٍ، وَدِينَارٌ تَصَدَّقْتَ بِهِ، وَدِينَارٌ أَنْفَقْتَهُ عَلَى، ، أَهْلِكَ، أَفْضَلُهَا الدِّينَارُ الَّذِي أَنْفَقْتَهُ عَلَى أَهْلِكَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: The dinar that you spend in the way of Allah, and the dinar that you distribute among the needy, and the dinar with which you free a slave, and the dinar that you spend on your family—among these, the greatest reward will be for the dinar that you spend on your family.
