Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنِ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ لَا، ، تَصْحَبُ رُفْقَةً فِيهَا جَرَسٌ، وَلَا كَلْبٌ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Angels do not accompany a caravan in which there is a dog or bells.
