Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سَلْمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ النَّخَعِيِّ، عَنِ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَرِيرٍ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ الشِّكَالَ مِنَ الْخَيْلِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) disliked a horse whose three legs were white and the fourth leg was of the same color as the rest of the body.
