حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " قَالَ: " إِذَا كَبَّرَ الْإِمَامُ فَكَبِّرُوا،، ، وَإِذَا رَكَعَ فَارْكَعُوا، وَإِذَا سَجَدَ فَاسْجُدُوا، وَإِذَا صَلَّى جَالِسًا فَصَلُّوا جُلُوسًا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated with the previous chain that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: When the imam says the takbeer, you also say the takbeer; when he bows (in ruku‘), you also bow; when he prostrates, you also prostrate; and when he prays sitting, then all of you also pray sitting.
