حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ يَحْيَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ وَجَدَ مَالَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: If a man is declared bankrupt and someone finds his own property with him in its original form, then he has more right to that property than others.
