حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي حَبِيبٌ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُطَوِّسِ، فَلَقِيتُ (١) ابْنَ الْمُطَوِّسِ، فَحَدَّثَنِي عَنِ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ أَفْطَرَ يَوْمًا مِنْ رَمَضَانَ مِنْ غَيْرِ رُخْصَةٍ رَخَّصَهَا (٢) اللهُ لَهُ (٣) ، لَمْ يَقْضِ عَنْهُ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ، وَإِنْ صَامَهُ " (٤)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever leaves or breaks one fast of Ramadan without a valid excuse, then even if he fasts for his entire life, it will not compensate for that one fast.
