حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَحَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ (٣) ، قَالَ حَجَّاجٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: قَالَ:، ، سَمِعْتُ النَّضْرَ بْنَ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَوَجَدَ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: If a man is declared bankrupt and someone finds his own property with him in its original form, then he has more right to that property than others.
