حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ هِلَالًا الْمُزَنِيَّ، أَوِ الْمَازِنِيَّ، يُحَدِّثُ، ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " هَذِهِ الْحَبَّةُ السَّوْدَاءُ دَوَاءٌ "، قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: أَوْ قَالَ: " شِفَاءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا السَّامَ "، قَالَ قَتَادَةُ: " وَالسَّامُ: الْمَوْتُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: In this black seed there is a cure for every disease except death.
