حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، وَبَهْزٌ، الْمَعْنَى، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ بَهْزٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَكَمُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لِأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: إِنَّ عَلِيًّا، يَقْرَأُ فِي يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ بِسُورَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ، وَإِذَا جَاءَكَ الْمُنَافِقُونَ، فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ بِهِمَا " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
Muhammad bin Ali (may Allah have mercy on him) says that a man said to Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) used to recite Surah Al-Jumu'ah and Surah Al-Munafiqun in the Friday prayer. Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) also used to recite these two surahs.
