حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، وَأَبُو كَامِلٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ، لَأَذُودَنَّ عَنْ حَوْضِي رِجَالًا، كَمَا تُذَادُ الْغَرِيبَةُ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from the same chain of transmission that I heard Abul Qasim (peace be upon him) say: By Him in Whose hand is the life of Muhammad (peace be upon him), I will surely drive away some people from my cistern just as a strange camel is driven away from the camels.
