The dua when looking in the mirror has been narrated by our Prophet Muhammed (ﷺ) but it wasn’t specified for when looking in the mirror only but was for general use to ask Allah to have good character.

Mirror dua in Arabic
The dua when looking in the mirror is written in Arabic with the Diacritical as:
اَللَّهُمَّ كَمَا أَحْسَنْتَ خَلْقِي, فَحَسِّنْ خُلُقِي
and Without the Diacritical:
اللهم كما حسنتَ خلقي فحسّن خلقي
Transliteration
Allahumma Kama hassanta khalqi fa hasin khulqi
Dua Meaning
the General meaning of the mirror dua is “O Allah You have made my creation perfect, so make my moral characteristics also the best.“
Dua For Looking In The Mirror Authenticity
The hadith about making a Dua when looking in the mirror is Weak in all its isnads and all of them except the hadith of Anas is extremely weak.
Saying the hadith is Hasan (good) is incorrect because all its isnads are lacking. However, the dua has been soundly narrated from the Prophet (ﷺ)for general use in any situation, without being specified for looking in the mirror.
