حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ أَبُو مُوسَى الْمُسْتَمْلِيُّ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، قال: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قال: حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ التَّغْلِبِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَبِي بُسْرٍ النَّصْرِيِّ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الأَسْقَعِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏

‏ الْمَرْأَةُ تَحُوزُ ثَلاَثَةَ مَوَارِيثَ عَتِيقَهَا وَلَقِيطَهَا وَوَلَدَهَا الَّذِي لاَعَنَتْ عَلَيْهِ ‏

‏ ‏.‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ يُعْرَفُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ‏.‏

Translation

English translation

Wathilah bin Al-Asqa' narrated that the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said:

"The woman collects three inheritance: Whomever she freed, whomever she found, and the child for which she made Li'an."
