باب مَا جَاءَ فِي الْعُمْرَى

Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لأَهْلِهَا أَوْ مِيرَاثٌ لأَهْلِهَا
. قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ وَجَابِرٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَعَائِشَةَ وَابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ وَمُعَاوِيَةَ .
Translation
English translation
Samurah narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"The lifelong gift is permitted for its inhabitant" or:"is an inheritance for its inhabitant."
