وعن سلمه بن الأكوع، رضي الله عنه قال: مر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على نفر ينتضلون، فقال:
ارموا بني إسماعيل فإن أباكم كان راميًا
((رواه البخاري)).
Translation
English translation
Salamah bin Al-Akwa (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Prophet (ﷺ) happened to pass by a group of people who were having a shooting match. (Upon seeing them, he (ﷺ)) said, "Shoot, O sons of (Prophet) Isma'il, for your father was an archer." [Al- Bukhari].
