Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَقتْسِمُ (٢) وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا، مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي، وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي، فَإِنَّهُ صَدَقَةٌ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated with the previous chain that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: My heirs will not distribute dinars and dirhams. Whatever I leave, apart from the maintenance of my wives and the wages of the worker of my land, is all charity.
