قَالَ: قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ: مَالِكٌ، وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، نَهَى عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ، وَعَنِ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) forbade offering voluntary prayers after the Asr prayer until sunset, and likewise, he prohibited prayer after the Fajr prayer until sunrise.
