حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَوْ قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: " الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ (١) الْخُمُسُ " (٢) ، قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: " مَا سَمِعْتُ أَحَدًا يَقُولُ الرَّكَائِزَ غَيْرَهُ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the blood of one who dies because of an animal is wasted, the blood of one who dies by falling into a well is wasted, the blood of one who dies in a mine is also wasted, and for the buried treasure (found by someone), one-fifth (khums) is obligatory.
