حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي بُكَيْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ نُعَيْمٍ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُجْمِرِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ فَوْقَ هَذَا الْمَسْجِدِ، فَقَرَأَ إِذَا السَّمَاءُ انْشَقَّتْ، فَسَجَدَ فِيهَا، وَقَالَ: " رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسْجُدُ فِيهَا " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
Nuaim says that once I prayed with Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) on top of this mosque. In it, he recited Surah Inshiqaq, and upon reaching the verse of prostration, he performed the prostration of recitation. He said that I have also seen the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) prostrate here.
