حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَا أَذِنَ اللهُ لِشَيْءٍ كَإِذْنِهِ لِنَبِيٍّ يَتَغَنَّى بِالْقُرْآنِ، يَجْهَرُ بِهِ " (٢)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Allah has not permitted anything as much as He has permitted the recitation of the Noble Qur'an with melody by His Prophet.
