حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، - قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: يَرْفَعُهُ - قَالَ: " إِنَّ الْمَيِّتَ لَيَسْمَعُ خَفْقَ نِعَالِهِمْ، إِذَا وَلَّوْا مُدْبِرِينَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated (marfu'an) from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the dead person even hears the sound of the footsteps of the people when they are returning after burying him.
