حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ الْفَزَارِيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَفْضَلُ الْإِيمَانِ عِنْدَ اللهِ إِيمَانٌ لَا شَكَّ فِيهِ، وَغَزْوٌ لَا غُلُولَ فِيهِ، وَحَجٌّ مَبْرُورٌ "،، ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: " حَجٌّ مَبْرُورٌ يُكَفِّرُ خَطَايَا تِلْكَ السَّنَةِ " (١) ، قَالَ مَرْوَانُ: " أَشَكُّ فِيهِ (٢) ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ الصَّوَّافِ أَوْ عَنْ هِشَامٍ "،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: The most virtuous deed in the sight of Allah is such faith in Allah in which there is no doubt, and such striving (jihad) in which there is no dishonesty, and an accepted Hajj (Hajj Mabroor). Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) says that Hajj Mabroor becomes an expiation for all the sins of that year.
