حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " أُقَاتِلُ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، فَإِذَا قَالُوهَا (٢) : مَنَعُوا (٣) مِنِّي دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ، إِلَّا بِحَقِّهَا " (٤)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated with the previous chain that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: I have been commanded to fight the people until they say La ilaha illallah (there is no god but Allah). When they say this word, they have protected their lives and wealth from me, except for the right of this word.
