Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي صَالِحٌ، مَوْلَى التَّوْأَمَةِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ غَسَّلَ مَيِّتًا فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever gives a bath to a deceased person should also take a bath himself.
