حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خُثَيْمُ بْنُ عِرَاكٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي،، ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ فِي فَرَسِهِ، وَلَا مَمْلُوكِهِ صَدَقَةٌ "، (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated marfu‘an from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that there is no zakat on a Muslim's horse and slave.
