حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي، يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَأَبَا الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا اطَّلَعَ عَلَيْكَ فِي بَيْتِكَ، فَحَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ، فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ، لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: If a man looks into your house without your permission and you throw a pebble at him which causes his eye to be damaged, there is no sin upon you.
