حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، نَهَى أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا، وَالْعَمَّةُ عَلَى بِنْتِ أَخِيهَا، وَالْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا، وَالْخَالَةُ عَلَى بِنْتِ أُخْتِهَا، لَا تُنْكَحُ الصُّغْرَى عَلَى الْكُبْرَى، وَلَا الْكُبْرَى عَلَى الصُّغْرَى " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) forbade marrying a niece in the presence of her paternal aunt, or a paternal aunt in the presence of her niece, or a maternal niece in the presence of her maternal aunt, or a maternal aunt in the presence of her niece. And he said: Do not marry the younger in the presence of the elder, nor the elder in the presence of the younger.
