حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدْعُو بِهَؤُلَاءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ: " اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ النَّارِ، وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ، وَمِنْ شَرِّ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
Hassan narrated to us, he said: Shaiban narrated to us, from Yahya, he told me, Abu Salama, from Abu Huraira, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to supplicate with these words: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the Fire, and from the punishment of the grave, and from the trial of life and death, and from the evil of the false messiah (al-Masih al-Dajjal)."
