حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَيْسَ عَلَى غُلَامِ الْمُسْلِمِ، وَلَا عَلَى فَرَسِهِ صَدَقَةٌ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated marfu‘an from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that there is no zakat on a Muslim's horse and slave.
