حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا حَكِيمٌ الْأَثْرَمُ، عَنْ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ الْهُجَيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ أَتَى حَائِضًا، أَوِ امْرَأَةً فِي دُبُرِهَا، أَوْ كَاهِنًا فَصَدَّقَهُ، فَقَدْ بَرِئَ مِمَّا أُنْزِلَ (٤) عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ (٥)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever has intercourse with a menstruating woman, or has intercourse with a woman in her back passage, or affirms the truth of a soothsayer, then it is as if he has disassociated himself from the Shariah revealed to Muhammad (ﷺ).
