حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خُثَيْمُ بْنُ عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَيْسَ فِي عَبْدِ الرَّجُلِ وَلَا فِي فَرَسِهِ صَدَقَةٌ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated marfu‘an from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that there is no zakat on a Muslim's horse and slave.
