حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي جَابِرٌ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِذَا اسْتَيْقَظَ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ مَنَامِهِ، فَلْيُفْرِغْ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُمَا فِي الْإِنَاءِ، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَدْرِي فِيمَ بَاتَتْ يَدُهُ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: When any one of you wakes up from his sleep, he should not put his hand into a vessel until he has washed it three times, for he does not know where his hand spent the night.
